Every plan includes the full workspace. Plans differ by usage allowance, file limits, and included modules.

How usage works: Each workspace action (document upload, form submission, task update, note entry, report generation) uses a portion of your monthly allowance.
Usage resets every billing cycle. Additional usage: 3,000 workspace actions for $125. Additional usage remains available while your subscription is active. Unused additional usage expires when your subscription is cancelled or terminated.
Usage allowance is prepaid, non-transferable, and for BrainPlug platform use only. It has no cash value and is not redeemable outside the platform.

All subscription plans include the full BrainPlug workspace with the following features. The difference between plans is your monthly workspace action allowance, file upload limits, and which workflow modules are included at no extra cost.

Document uploads, form submissions, and module interactions consume workspace actions. Core workspace features (Cases, Inbox, Planner, Invoices) do not consume actions. Form tools help users extract and organize data from their own uploaded documents for internal drafting and review. BrainPlug does not submit forms to third-party systems or bypass identity checks.
