You choose how to spend your monthly workspace actions across any combination of features.

Form tools help users extract and organize data from their own uploaded documents for internal drafting and review. BrainPlug does not submit forms to third-party systems, bypass identity checks, or guarantee acceptance by any outside platform.

Every action in BrainPlug uses workspace actions from your monthly allowance. Uploading a document, submitting a form, updating a case, creating a note, or viewing a report each use workspace actions from your allowance. Module interactions use actions at the same rate.
If you run low, additional usage is available: 3,000 workspace actions for $125. Additional usage remains available while your subscription is active. Unused additional usage expires when your subscription is cancelled or terminated. Workspace actions are prepaid, non-transferable usage units for BrainPlug services only — they have no cash value and are not redeemable outside the platform.
Starter — $349.95/month includes 5,000 workspace actions, document upload and management, form management and document organization, and email support.
Growth — $599.95/month includes 9,500 workspace actions, everything in Starter, 25MB file uploads, custom presets, priority support, and the Appointment Request Form module at no extra charge.
